PT Bumi Intan Grha is a company engaged in Design, Consultation & Landscape Construction.
Our services cover the area of planning, construction, the process of maintaining landscapes in residential areas, offices, roof-tops, and others.
Our procedures
CONSULTATION
Our landscape architect experts will meet with the client to understand and explore the client's wishes and convey ideas related to the project.
DESIGN PROPOSAL
Our experts will submit a proposal that contains detailed project planning, starting from the service area to be carried out, the timeline and work schedule, the need for tools and human resources, to the required budget.
SURVEY & LOCATION ANALYSIS
We will conduct a site survey and study the characteristics, opportunities, and obstacles that can be encountered during construction on site. From the results of the site analysis, the project plans that have been previously submitted will be finalized.
WORKING & CONSTRUCTION
The stages of work start from preparing all the necessary tools and personnel, until the construction work follows the approved schedule & timeline.
EVALUATION
Evaluation is carried out 2 to 3 times during the construction stage. This is done to ensure that all activities take place properly.
MAINTENANCE
After the construction is complete, our team will continue to monitor and maintain the results of the construction, until all parts of the project are sustainable and both parties agree to close the project
